Put this in the message
The date and the amount of your payment, and the name you typed. That is not a formality — it is the only way we can find you. There is no account here, no password and no email address on file, so those three things are the whole search index.
If you still have your receipt link — the page Stripe sent you back to after paying — send that as well. It identifies the payment exactly.
What people usually write about
- A payment that looks wrong. Charged twice, charged an amount you did not expect, or a payment that went through with nothing to show for it.
- A display name that should come down. Yours, or somebody else’s. Say which name and why.
- A privacy request — a copy of what we hold, a correction, or an erasure. The privacy page sets out what each of those actually reaches.
- A mistake on these pages. If something in the rules or the terms does not match what the site actually does, that is a bug in the most important part of the site and we want to know.
What we can do
- Take a name off the pixel and out of the public sale history, replacing it with [removed]. It takes seconds.
- Find your payment and tell you exactly what happened to it.
- Correct anything on these pages that is wrong.
- Answer a privacy request. Write from anywhere; you do not need to be the current owner.
What we cannot do
- Give you the pixel back after somebody outbids you. Their payment is a completed sale at their price. There is nothing to reverse and no queue to put you back into.
- Refund a bid that lost a simultaneous takeover as a matter of course. That payment is charged in full and kept, it says so on the bid form before you pay, on the Stripe page, in the rules and in the terms. We may still choose to refund a particular payment — a duplicate charge, an obvious mistake — but that is a decision made one payment at a time and it is not a right you have.
- Restore a repaint handle you have lost. If you still have your receipt link, open it and the handle comes back on its own. If you have lost both, we cannot identify you — there is no account and no email on file, and that is exactly the trade the privacy page describes.
- Pay you anything. There are no prizes, no winnings and no payouts of any kind on this site, to anyone, ever. Nothing of value is ever won here and no message to this address changes that.
Who you are writing to
The Pixel is operated by Flisko — Informacijske storitve, Žiga Flis s.p., in Slovenia, which is also the data controller named on the privacy page.
There is no support desk, no chat widget, no ticket number and no phone line. One address, read by a person, who will get back to you when they have read it.
